Attorney Wyatt Nolker earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Akron in 2016 and graduated from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA in 2019. During law school, Wyatt worked with the Allegheny County Office of the Public Defender through a clinic offered by the school. Wyatt passed the Ohio Bar Exam at the height of Covid-19 in May of 2020. 

After passing the bar exam, Wyatt joined Amato Law Office in Wellsville, OH as an associate attorney. In private practice he handled criminal defense cases in municipal and state court systems, as well as juvenile delinquency defense cases. Additionally, he handled domestic relation work, child support defense, landlord-tenant disputes & evictions, adoptions, expungements, appeals, and judicial releases. He was also a Columbiana County Public Defender in both Columbiana County Juvenile Court as well as in the former East Liverpool Municipal Court during his time with that firm. 

Prior to joining Summit Legal Defenders, Wyatt was an Assistant Prosecutor for the Summit County Prosecutor's Office in their criminal division,  primarily handling felony cases.
